Flashing SES light......HELP!!!

Flashing SES light......HELP!!! Right ABOUT 5000rpms(doesn't happen at any other rpm) my car hesitates for a second and then the SES light flashes several times and then is gone. I was told it was a misfire so I put in new plugs(old ones looked fine) and it is still going on. I am going to go back to my factory plug wires tonight to see if that helps, I have been using the Taylor 10.4mm for several months. Has anyone had this problem before? I have a 2001 TA with 30,000 miles and this just started. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Flashing SES light......HELP!!! I had the computer checked and here are the codes it pulled.
History data shows 508 misfires on #8 cylinder and 18 on #1 cylinder
P1040 abd P1060 codes onboth #2 O2 sensors with insuffecient activity( I have O2 simms)
P0300 engine misfire @5896rpm @71 mph
P1133 and P1153 Insuffecient switching on both banks #1(front) O2 sensors.
I put in new fuel filter and no change.
Any ideas?
