change oil light?

change oil light? hey guys i was cruisin around tonight and the change oil light came on then went off about 3 minutes later.the car is 2002 z28 stock with 4500 miles on it the dealer changed the oil at 3000.has this happened to anyone else?should i be concerned?is this a thing that goes into memmory or is it seperate from the pcm(so the dealer doesnt say im nuts)thanks <img border="0" title="" alt="[Sad]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
Re: change oil light? They probably did'nt reset your oil change light. Hold down your trip reset button for 12 seconds w/key on engine off & it will reset. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: change oil light? ....or if you don't want to reset the odometer too, turn on ignition (don't crank) and pump the gas pedal to the floor 3 times..
