ses light on. autotap reads
fuel trim lean bank 1 and 2
stft B1 11.7%
ltft B1 24.2%
stft B2 15.6%
ltft B2 24.2%
I installed a Y-pipe and cat-back a couple of weeks ago. light came on tonight. Does this sound like an 02 sensor code? Will simulators fix this?

The pcm is compensating for a lean condition. It's not -hurting- anything most likely but not good for WOT performance. O2 sims will not help you here. If you have nothing to richen up with (MAFT, Edit, etc) you might try resetting the pcm and see if it will "learn" it out after some miles. If no success and you're running a ported MAF or ends you might go back to stock MAF.
