High IAC counts,High idle ,MAFT.how do i fix??

High IAC counts,High idle ,MAFT.how do i fix?? Ok,here's the deal.For awhile now i was getting a ses light for lean fuel trim bank 1 and bank 2,every since I put the LS6 intake on.So today I got a MAFT richen it up enough to get the codes away.But it was only lean on idle or part throttle.On A-tap my O2's were .960 which is really rich,isn't it?
But at cruising speeds my LTFT is at +17
and my STFT is at 0 pretty much.And on the MAFT I got the base at 4 on the dial which is 20%rich and the WOT at F which is 2% lean.I'm at a good starting point?
So while I was doing that I checked my IAC counts and there at 89!! and my car is idling at 1200rpms! So what can I do to get these numbers down?And I don't have my cam in yet.
And if this helps I got the TPS voltage at .5 at idle and 4.6 at WOT.And the car was fully warmed up.
Can someone help me with this?
