with HPP3, just lower the shift where you hit the limiter by 1 till you get off of it.
with edit, just edit the rpm and mph to a lower number till you get off the limiter.
You wont really hit the limiter and faster with n20, cause you will still be shifting at the same rpm/mph NA, but you just get there faster spraying
But like Ragtop said, n20 usually likes a lower shift point. Worse case is that you hit the limiter again and just have to lower a little more.
btw: I wouldnt raise the stock rev limiter if you still have stock internals. So just play with the shift settings.
