how to fix this with edit

when you come to a stop, the idle down surge then back up...otherwise all is fine, idle, start-up etc...

in the Engine Cal under Ilder and Limiters is P/N Airflow Decay and P/N Delay tables. Adjust your Decay talbes first. I set mine at 1 sec through the entire range. I also bumped up Timing in the Idle ranges by 1-2 degrees. If someone has been in your VE and Crank VE tables adjusting the MAP 15 airflow integrators, if they went the wrong way or too much, the Idle will definitely search/oscillate like your symptoms. I verified this myself as i went too far on the MAP 15 integrators.

Thanks it worked... Now the only problem...is if I rev the car in park it will drop down then to far and stall...basically won't catch itself..kinda the same as it would in gear, after it idled down...I didn't try this til today so??? any help on that one..

What are units of measurement for each of the 3 tables in that section? I want to reduce the cruise control effect when I remove my foot from the gas at lower speeds in 3rd & 4th and was thinking that I might be able to do that with the Decay value in gear table. Would increasing or decreasing the values cause it to reduce the rpms faster?

Mine is fine except for what you are saying Ragtop.. while coming to stop in the car still keeps high idle as well, for 1-2 seconds, then drops.???? so whatever it is should be the same fix..
