anyone have any ideas??? tried restarting the computer and pulling the PCM fuses and still nothing???

There's another a fuse for the port, I think it's on the same circuit as the cigarette lighter. Try the cig lighter fuse.

That is correct. It is in the fuse panel on the driver's side of the dash. I have blown it twice already and do carry extras. I think it is a 20 amp fuse. Only GM would put the data port and cigarette lighter on the same fuse.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

I had my counsel out and my cig lighter shorted against my shifter, I'm sure that's it
