So, what is happening with the car when the narrow band O2 sensors are out and you put a wideband in?
I assume the narrow O2 sensors are just disconnected during the dyno? I guess at WOT this is not a problem because you are in Open Loop and the O2 sensor data is not used.
Do I understand this correctly?

Most dynojets with a wideband have a tailpipe sensor so you dont have to remove the stock O2s.
Yes the car will just stay in open loop if you pull a front O2 sensor. Some aftermarket in-car wideband meters will output a 'fake' narrowband signal to keep the PCM happy. I built one of these: http://personalpages.tds.net/~kpevin/ a while back and I am happy with it. Makes tuning a whole lot easier..

kp: Thanks for the reply. I think I saw reference to your kit on the DL for LS1Edit too. Based on your website I agree it would be better to have the RPMs as well.
