3300 stall program and driveability?

3300 stall program and driveability? Got a 3300 stall and transgo shift kit with 4.10's, recalled the mph to shiftpoints along with rpm. The car has mildly ported heads and a mild 214/222 550/560 lift. Raised the rpm to 6500 shift point and figured the ratio from the stock to the 4.10's should be 27% less mph then divided by 6 (as in stock shift point) and multiplied by 6.5 as in the new rpm shift point.

3-4 105
the trans shutters a little and shifts really quickly into 3rd (within about 3 sec under light throttle) Do I give it some real serious line pressure? or what has worked for any of you? BTW the TCC where have you found works well?
