What does this mean. I also get p0308 which is misfires on cylinder 8.

Odds are, one of your coil packs is not functioning, not plugged in, or is damaged.

The #8 pack is located passenger side all the way in the back. Ensure that it is plugged in, your sparkplug is all the way in, your ignition wire is connected. Check the main rail connection (passenger side) as well for any debris or bad connection.
