Default P1133 SES Code?

I put a mac offroad y-pipe on my car with o2 simms. Both the pipe and the simms were bought used. I set 1 P1133 ses code today which this site says is (HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1). I don't know exactly what that means, so i'm just curious, is it just bad o2 simms, and if so, will it affect my performance? Thanks in advance.

Insufficient switching is from an o2 sensor out of wack normally. bank1 sensor 1 is not a post o2 sensor,so most likely not the sims. My .02 worth.

Definitely sounds like one of your front o2 sensors have failed. They cost in the range of $69.99-$89.99

Cause it feels a little weaker, but i'm not really sure cause I haven't taken it to the track since the light went. Thanks.
