ECM locked after engine swap

I just got done doing an engine swap in a 04 Silverado 5.3L and after having no battery power for a week, the ignition comes on and all tha accessories work, but the starter will not crank and the Theftlock lamp is on.. I also swapped out the ECM, but it was a Nelson tune.. Any ideas how to unlock it?

so your original pcm works but the nelson one dosent?

Dunno, i got burned out today so I will check tomorrow. It just seems odd that he would get something like this wrong..

so it dosent even crank at all. then i'd guess something else other than pcm related.

Just put the old ECm back in and same thing.. I can even get a DTC reader to connect to the truck..

for the DTC reader, check to make sure you have power on the OBD2 port... see if your cig lighter works... if not the fuse is blown

Theres power or else the DTC reader wouldnt come on..
