Which O2 Sensor for LT's?
Thanks
Jet-Hots (coated) to avoid heater codes. They seem to
be functioning and haven't messed the trims around.
But not a "no codes" fix. Some people seem to have
done better with the Bosch 13111 and some just have
no luck.
as most of the time the bosch 13111's are still hit and miss with uncoated heades....but I have not had a problem yet as long as teh headers are coated
though I would expect you to be fouling plugs too if that was the case...
I've had the same set of 13111's for over 30,000 miles...

Bosch 13111s last the longest for me, usually about 10K or more before they throw the insufficient switching code. Although ive received a few bosches that threw codes immediately but exchanged them under warranty.

Anyway, I blew through quite a few o2 sensors before I had the cam. Again, I had no black smoke or anything, and the plugs and o2 sensors visually looked fine.
Thanks for the info, but i dont want to jack this thread.

Exactly. I believe o2 sensor life is greatly related to the tune. I've removed a few ls1 owners fouled o2's, in most cases the car was untuned.
I tuned my car since day one of my LT and o2 install. I have approx. 20k on my Bosch 13111's. No codes yet.

As did I. I have never had LTFTs stray farther than +/- 4 when fully settled. I have never fouled a sensor. They come out a clean dark brown without any carbon buildup. I'm always open to suggestions though...
4 stock OEM sensors,
2 Bosch f-body sensors
6 Bosch 13111s (2 were dead right away)
2 Densos
2 Current Bosch 13111s
Theyve all have perfectly acceptable wave forms at cruise. They were all a little slow at idle, which is to be expected. The denso's were slowest of all. My codes are usually "insufficient switching" codes, although ive had a "slow response" or two and a heater failure.
