For 99% of the buyers this way will work out better.
good point.

this is pretty sweet! definetly makes it much more flexible for thse that aren't sure if they'll need an unlimited license... shows how HPT listens to their customer base
Though... there was some rumour about a burrito warmer? How many credits is that?

That was a turn for the better, my question is, let's say I buy two single license (2000 Fbody) and I get (3?) credits for the four I used towards another year, correct? Does it have to be that same model/year? (2000 Fbody)

I have 3 cables with 2 of them having 4 vehicle types and 1 only having 2 vehicle types. If were to upgrade to the MPVI/USB, could all of my licences be combined in one USB cable for the same amount it cost to upgrade?

Thank you HP Tuner! I am very glad you listen to your "customers".
I still wish the LS2 support was a tad cheaper though , but let me ask you a question:
In order for me to get the unlimited 2005 C6 LS2 support I have 2 options:
1 - Buy it outright at 20 credits for a total of $999.80
or
2 - I buy 4 VIN locked 2005 C6 LS2 licence and on my 5th through 1 million 2005 C6 LS2, I automatically get upgraded to the unlimited (4+4+4+4 = 16 (16*49.99=$799.84) (75% of 20 credits is 15 credits)
Am I correct?
Keith, check your email shortly please (within 1 hour from now).

After 5 it will be 15 upgrade credits, you will be prompted to license the Year/Model at 5 credits ($249) on the next vehicle. Probably best to upgrade to the year/model at this point.
After 6 it will be 18 upgrade credits, you will be prompted to license the Year/Model at 2 credits ($99) on the next vehicle. You would be crazy not to choose they year/model option at this point
The selection of the year/model is not automatic, at every unlicensed vehicle you will be prompted and must select the year/model when it makes sense for you, obviously the sooner you select it the more risk you take but the more you save. Once you select the year/model the license screen will no longer appear as every vehicle of that year/model will be licensed.
Hope that helps,
Chris....

Better than before, but wish it was at least 20% cheaper than current LS2 Support.
If I do that upgrade path, after it's all said and done, it will cost me $200 more than just buying it outright for 20 Credits ($1000.00)
So let's say I have 4 guys lined up and need their 2005 C6 LS2 car tuned, I'd be wise to just go ahead and buy the unlimited license now, cause in the long run, it will save me $200.00 as long as I tune more 2005 C6 LS2 cars.
