I installed my a/f ratio guage a while ago and it has never quite worked right. It has power but the meter only displays in one position the whole time. The guage does not sweep at all.

I used a A/F wiring harness the plugs in line with a rear 02 sensor and ran the signal wire to it.

Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong? Thanks in advance for any input! <img border="0" alt="[Firebird]" title="" src="graemlins/formula.gif" />

 

You shoudl be on the FRONT o2's. The backs are simply used to indicate proper cat operation.

if the front O2 sims don't do the trick grab (wire 69) purple w/white strip from your computer

Just tap onto the wire when it comes out of the pcm.

 

ok, thanks again everyone for your input. I am going to mess around with this tommrow morning. I am going to try the front 02's first. If that does not work then I am going to tap into the PCM. I will let you know what happens. Thanks!

 

ok, i checked it and it actually was installed on the front 02. So I have no clue whats wrong with it. I am going to buy some of those wire taps and tap into the purple and white PCM wire and try that next.
