Default SES Code

My car has thrown an SES code P0430 (Catalyst System Low Efficiency Bank 2) after I left the track Friday night. Is this just a plugged cat? Is there anything else that this could be beside a plugged cat?

PS-- I had an SES light in Jan. '02, and the GM service dept ticket shows they "replaced the left cat. conv. and gasket".

You could have a wiped cat or your rear O2 sensor / system may be dying.

Do you run leaded gas?
