Whats up with my rough idle? Threw code P0174?
For the past couple weeks my car has had a rough idle, and has been dropping slightly below 500 RPM and acting as if it wants to stall. I have not done anything to the car since I put my headers on back in August. I threw my first code ever today, and with the Autotap it said P0174 "Fuel Trim System Lean Bank 2".
Has anyone found a solution to this problem or possibilities to what it can be?
Thanks in advance!

Very possibly, you have an exhaust leak, or your O2 is dying.
Get the car scanned, and take note of what your LTerms are for both banks. If one bank of LTerms is much higher than the other (more than 2X) than you have a problem isolated to one bank of the car.
This can be:
1) Faulty Injector
2) Exhaust Leak
3) O2 Sensor Dying
If both LTerms banks are high and near 25% at any point during driving than you have a problem with the running of the engine.
This can be:
1) Vacuum Leak. Or any point in which air can enter the engine after the MAF.
2) Poor MAF
3) Ported MAF, MAF ends, N2O'd to death MAF, etc...
4) Fuel System: Pump, Filter, etc...
5) Bad Tune
Good Luck,
Kevin

If your problem is in Bank 2 you should immediately rule out everything that is in common to BOTH banks as well as everything on Bank 1. A lean condition can not only be caused by the lack of fuel, but it can ALSO be caused by too much air on Bank 2 which the PCM interprets as LEAN. Look for a vacuum leak which will cause you to run lean. Maybe a gasket? What work or mods have been done before you got this code. Concentrate on those areas. Were any sensors removed or replaced. Check the seals and gaskets.
