LS1Edit & Engine Displacement
- Car has MMS programming.
- 3.91" Bore with a 4.00" stroke
- Stock C5 Injectors ( 26 lbs/hr )
In LS1Edit, taking the cylinder displacement a multipling it eight, it yeilds a total volume of 375 CI. WTF???? With the bore and stroke I have, I should have a displacement of 385 CI. Why in the world would Mike program the displacement to 375? The only thing I can think of is to accomidate the smaller injectors. Any one else have an idea?
I am currently installing SVO 30# injectors, should I also change the displacement correctly also?
TIA.

or
Fueling. Alot of tuners, despite the engine size just leave it as 346 and play with other charts instead, so it is not that important. It is a great quick and dirty way to adjust fueling though.

Would it be alright to set the displacement to the 'correct' size and the inejectors for 30# SVOs and then tune the MAF and PE vs Attack tables to achieve the desired A/F ratio?
