Default Do you recommend MAFT?

Not too long ago I had SLP longtubes and LM, plus other mods (see sig) installed and when I recently logged some readings with EFILive, I found that at WOT I had:
AFR= 11.7:1
O2B1S1=928.1mV
O2B2S1=929.7mV

So it appears that I'm running rich. Now, would you guys recommend spending about $180 on a MAFT, or should I save for and LS1 edit ? Thanks for any feedback.

I used to have a MAFT when I had the SLP 85MM MAF and it did its job of tweeking out about 10Hp more and helping to richen or lean out depending on if I was at the track or daily driving.

Now that I have LS1Edit I would have to say it was a better investment then the MAFT, but unfortunately costs 5 times more. If you can get some other f-body owners around you to split in, do that and cut your costs way down.

I'd say you're better off using LS1 Edit (maybe a local place can tune?)

if you go with a MAFT, there will probably be bugs and a week later you'll have an older version of it

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Will continue to save up for LS1Edit.

I have both the MAFT and LS1-Edit. If you don't plan on more mods that require programming the pcm the MAFT does its job nicely. I've had mine for almost two years. It was indispensable in eliminating the detonation I experienced after supercharging. After about a year my MAFT did start acting wacky. I called and they immediately replaced mine with the newest version at no charge.
