need some help please

need some help please I recently posted before that my LS1 has been throwing some misfire codes. Well i wrote them down now so you can see.
P0300: Engine misfire detected
P0410: Secondary Air Injection (AIR) System
P0430: Catalyst System Low Efficiency bank 2
P1416: Secondary Air Injection System bank 2
These codes came on right after i put on my ASP crank pulley. The car is running fine so i dont think i really have a misfire. Is that true? Please help me determine what is causing these codes and what i need to do. Here is my list of mods
ASP Crank Pulley (Just installed)
SLP Lid
Free Ram Air
Ported MAF
Air Temp Module
Removed Screen on MAF
Fernco Mod
throttle body bump stop
hypertech thermostat
throttle body coolant bypass
cutout
Mcleod Street Twin Clutch Assembly

Re: need some help please If you have Autotap just clear the codes. If they come back you know there is something about your current setup that is tossing the codes. If they don't come back they were probably a one timer due to a mod.
