Default #7 cyl misfire need help

We keep getting #7 cyl misfire and you can feel it and here it 1800 2200 rpms changed evereything. spark plugs, wires,coil, injecter still does it any body got suggestions thanks.

Sounds like a valve spring...or pushrod.. Mine did the same thing with a broken valve spring...

You need to to a leakdown test.A few people have had the #7 collapsed ring land problem.The piston could have melted itself.

Sounds like you've already done the obvious stuff. As was recommended a leak down test will find your problem for sure, but if you don't have a leak down tester you can do a compression test. Most people have a compression tester, but a leak down tester is a more sophisticated tool that not everyone has in their toolbox. You could also remove the rocker cover to see if you have any obvious spring problems.
