Default Street tune and high boost/race gas tune?

I am planning on building a 6l manifold kit with a T-76GTS. I am looking for 725rwhp with 93/meth and 900rwhp on C16. How do I go from one power level to the other? Even if I had a SD tune where the car could read boost, wouldn't the fuel and timing curves still be different? Do I have to run two different tunes and mess with downloading from one to the other? I'm not too familiar with the megasquirt system but someone recommended it to me to correct this. What are the benefits and how much does it cost? Is it a PITA? Thanks.
