How to delete rear HO2s with tune?

How to delete rear HO2s with tune? If I disabled all the diagnostic codes for the rear HO2s, would that be sufficient to disable rear HO2s?
P0137 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0138 HO2S Circuit High Voltage Bank 1 Sensor 2
P0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficiency Activity Bank 1 Sensor 2

My current understanding is that the rear HO2s monitor the life of the catalytic converters. Is this their only function? Is there something else that needs tweaked?
