Dynoing
vs a 1998 with similar mods?
and did GM leave any HP in the stock programming to tune a bit more HP in?

These are just my guesses based on what some of my friends have dyno'd at. But the should be somewhere in the ballpark.
With tuning on a fairly stock motor(minor boltons) you can probly pinch out up to another 5rwhp or so, however not everybody see's gains with tuning modules like the hypertech, so its kinda hit or miss. However w/ LS1 edit you could probly see gains.

Your '02 will probly dyno around 320-330. Your friend will probly dyno around 310-320.

I do know someone with LS1 Edit, but only 98-00 . I guess wideband o2 and a dyno is best.
