If you want to come to Atlanta. Try Lamar Walden Automotive (770-449-0315) in Doraville. Ask for Rob Walden. They REALLY know what they're doing and you won't believe the setup they have!

I called Hesco and asked about prices to dyno and tune. I'm sure that they're quality guys, but at $75 bucks for a single dyno run and $800 for tuning, I can't justify it. I hope the trussville is a little more reasonable. Has anyone talked to Walker Dynotune (Trussville) yet and gotten any prices?

over at Bhamracing.com, we have a members group rate of $50 for just a dyno at the Walker Dynotune
this is for saturday, Feb. 1.
just go to the board, and in the main forum it should be tacked to the top
but you have to pay one of the owners of the board in advance of that date (Skillet)
pretty good deal for 2-3 dyno runs (3, if time allows, you only get 30 minutes)
they mentioned tuning, but i honestly dont think there will be much done in the 30 minute time slots that are alloted
hope that helps, some

I had my car at Hesco on the 17th of Dec. Lee and Jeff were top notch. Lee was able to squeeze about 30 more ponies out of my set up. I would deal with them anytime. As far as thier pricing, I think they are running in line with the rest of the folks offering tuning. I was in Detroit back in the summer and it was gonna cost me around 600. I checked with superchips and they too wanted that much. One thing I like about Lee is, if it has an engine he can work on it. Airplanes, helicopters, boats, cars. Lee knows what is going on with engines. When I left to come back to KY he told me if I had any problems to call him, he had an airplane and would come to me. Hell it was almost worth 800 bucks just to walk around his shop and look at all the cool stuff there he is working on.
