I'm installing a A&A P1SC on my Z06 and I have upgraded to the 60lb injectors as well. I'll also be swapping my cam out to a Futral F7 224/230 114+4 but if there are tuning issues then maybe I should just stick with the stock Z06 cam?

I took it as low as 1400rpm and the driveabilty was not great cause it would go into DFCO too early and then when you get back on the gas there would be a slight jerk.

Did you put your DFCO MAP settings back to stock with the RPM entry lowered?

If so then:

I guess it's time to call/email/fax Mototron and show them the table you are working on and see if they have the data. If not, they shouldn't be manufacturing injectors.
