Custom Tunning
Custom Tunning Were do you have custom tunning done or is Ls1 edit the only option? With a the mods most of us are running the dealership wont go near us, How do you fine someone who does this locally or has ls1 edit and will do this for you. What does this normally cost?I have a Hpp3 but after hanging out here, it appears that it sucks <img border="0" alt="[barf]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_barf.gif" />
How much does LS1 Edit run and what do you need to run it? Sorry i have a few questions wrapped up into one, but i feel like i am at a loss with the programmer i have, and i am finding out the answer's i should have 6 months ago. Re: Custom Tunning What about tunercat i thought they were coming out right after new year. Im looking to buy some tuning software. I don't want to buy ls1edit intill I here more about tunercat maybe it will be user friendly.
Re: Custom Tunning What about Predator? What is the Differance between Ls1 Edit and Predator? Also if you dont want to program yourself because of the extent of your mods, who does custom tunning? Ill may be calling you, i just want to do my homework on this, Seems like there alot of problems and questions posted about Ls1 edit, is it really that difficult?
Re: Custom Tunning Sorry about this but one more question <img border="0" alt="[Banging Head]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_banghead.gif" /> ,if the HPP3 and programmer's of this type are generic program's that are "one size fits all". How can you send you PCM to someone who does this and it be specific for your car, when all cars have their own persoanlity? Shouldnt this be done with the car and at some point with it running?
