auto tap for the first time ....please help... I a-tapped my car last night because I didnt feel my car was running like it should be, you can see my mods in my sig. The ltrims stayed at 25 dropping to 21.8 only for a second, and at wot the 02 readings were around 1000-1100. The guy that was helping me said that the ltrims should be around 0/-8 and the o2's should be no more than 950. any suggestions the car was tuned by thunder racing through the mail. thanks
Re: auto tap for the first time ....please help... My recomendation would be to call Thunder Racing, They are a great bunch of guys, and I am sure they can help you out.
As far as whats going on, the computer is adding fuel. You are right, the L-trims should read -5 to 0%. There are things that can cause the Computer to calculate incorectly, like fuel pressure and poor O2 responce.
Just give them a call.
