Need tuning help

Need tuning help So far I've added +10% to maf table which canceled all knock (have de-screened maf) and entered high octain timing into the low octain table. Went out logging today on way to work and went WOT through 2nd and part way through 3rd.
IN 2nd once I went into open loop here's what is happening: RPM's were at 3475 with 30* advance in timing. By 3900 RPM's timing dropped to 18*. O2's were reading 895~905mV while the displayed AFR was 11.7-11.5 (know that is inaccurate), I ran 2nd WOT to 6200RPM and advance climbed to 24.5* , O2's stayed within the same range, MAF started at 185gm/s and 8450Hz and rose to 294gm/s at 9640Hz (mostly stayed at the higher ranges), MAP started at 89 and rose to 98 (mostly was 97-98) LTFT's were always negative #'s but shown 0's during this time.
At a lil over 6200rpm I shifted into 3rd and held it for a bit - started at 4700rpm and held to 5530. I kept the above readings for this period also. I never logged any knock during any time.
Looks like I need to add some timing and what about the PE table?? Any tuners wanna give me some pointers please?!?
