Default qiuck handheld question

i am planning on adding long tube headers and true dual x-pipe. i have heard that they run rich after the exhaust is added. will a handheld tuner be able to fix it or will i need a more advanced tune. i am partially asking to know if it will help to get the handheld still or if my mods are going beyond its capability.
