AUTOTAP- LOSS OF COMMUNICATION

Default AUTOTAP- LOSS OF COMMUNICATION

i have had TAP for about 1 month now. When i am logging , 2-3 min into log (LOSS OF COMMUNICATION) pops up.if i try to reconnect it wont let me, even after fiddling around with the cables. if i exit the log and restart it comes back connected, as if it never lost communication. ANYone have this problem? Please help if you can!!!! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

I'm assuming you are using the Windows version of the software. It is unforunate that they can't get the communications portion of the software straight. I have the V1 hardware and have gone back to the DOS software. I never drop a connection with the DOS version. The windows version behaves the same way yours does (IR and Win Modem completely disabled).
