i let him know what to try out, it is definately ve/idle airflow relate, that cam should beable to idle fine at 800-850 rpm with what i had mentioned to him. i let him know what to change and how much to do it by, without the scanner there really isnt much more we can do so making chagnes in small steps and seeing how it is is about all you can do, unless u want to drive to NC lol

No trip to NC planned Yes it does it when warm. After I drive it and come to a complete stop, it dips to 500 and needs gas to get going. Pull into the driveway wait for the garage to go up, it dips, pretty much 90% of the time when I come to a stop or slow it down it dips.

Well saw FOFF667 and he used HPTuners with NO solution. He was stumped, couldn't believe the **** the car was doing. He tried a few diff adjustments and none really worked. I'm about to drive this car into the nearest river. Could this be a manifold leak? Or some kinda vacuum leak and not the tune?

here's a copy of the origonal file http://mysite.verizon.net/whenn1/modded1.hpt ...if anyone wants to give me their own .02 feel free...i just adjusted the idle timing, iac park position, commanded idle rpm & raf I spent about an hour on the car and id say 5-6 flashes with nothing resulting with what we were looking for so I ended up throwing the tune back in.

Really wondering if it's a leak at this point, the manifold had a crack in the drivers side rear, but nothing that looked like it would cause any problems like this. The crack didn't go all the way through to the center. Is it possible that this is a small leak somewhere and not the tune? Also the IAC valve was swapped out and the the TB was swapped out and the problems still occurred.

i only have 2 idea, its either from the throttle cracker table (i zeroed mine out to fix the problem) or o2s are hanging rich on you. i had some weird issues with closed loop enabled, open loop cleared some of it up but not all of it. with the throttle cracker enabled it was giving me a hard time, as soon as i set it to 0 it worked out fine for me and i havent had a single issue going to idle. that is about theonly solution i can think of.
now if the manifold is cracked it could have something to do with it. usually this is something easily tuned out and does not dip that low on stock tables with a cam that size. can you throw your old manifold on there and see how it runs then?
