SES lights with new Cam install

I just put in a Lingenfelter GT1 cam into my 98 Z28. I reset the PCM and the SES light pops up. I got my friend to scan it. The scanner pulled a lean code and the MAF was not showing any flow at all. There was no code for the MAF. I Just put my friends MAF and it still didn't correct the problem. Can someone advise me on how to correct this problem?

ATAP your car and find out what the 02's are reading.. you could be very lean at idle or even WOT... you can also get on wideband to find out your cars A/F
