Default help with maf numbers

i recently cleaned my maf sensors with some rubbing alcohol and ever since, my gas mileage has gone to ****. what should i be looking for with maf flow with the ATAP? IAC? what's normal. idle is also surging a little (~150rpm). any suggestions.

Exactly what did you do in cleaning your MAF????

I hope that you did not get down inside the MAF sensor near the measurement wires.

Also, look for a vacuum leak, they are responsible in many cases for a surging idle.

i got some rubbing alcohol in a dropper and put a few drops on each of the sensors. i have a fipk and all the connections to maf and tb are rubber and very tight so i'm thinking that a vacuum leak isn't likely. is there any other way to get a vacuum leak. how can i use my ATAP to help me? TIA
