Default How do i raise my TC lockup MPH under normal driving

I was told this would help with cam surge, but im clueless as to where to go and raise the values??

Do I go under Normal Mode MPH vs %TPS? Or cruise mode?

Bascially I want to raise my mph by a few to help with around town cam surge when coasting.

But im guessing I go under normal but this is what my chart looks like..

4th apply: 0-12 the values are 36
18-75 they are set at 42

4th release: 0-18 they are set at 35
25 is set at 39
31-81 is set at 41

so to raise my mph lockup how would I edit this?? I guess this makes sense?? Basically I want my converter to stay unlocked a little longer, and also unlock a little sooner so it doesnt surge so much from the cam.
