I noticed a section for injector flow rate. I have svo 30's now and it show's rate at 32 or so. If I change to 42's will just changing the flow rate automatically compensate???

Table that needs to be adjusted is B4001. If you have 30#'s now and your IFR table shows 32lb, it is wrong. You will need to input the correct IFR table and correctly retune the VE/MAF tables to reflect the new injectors.

do you have those 30's mixed up. wouldn't high FP be higher rate too.

Those are the correct IFR values for svo 30 and 42 lb injectors. I don't understand what you are asking. If the injectors are rated at a lower PSI, then they will act higher then at a higher PSI.

Hes asking because we run at 55-60 PSI, not 40. The SVO 30s are rated at 30 for 40 PSI. At our PSI, they act like 36s or something.

Right, but I posted the Flow rate table for 30's and 42's for both 40psi and 43.5psi on our cars (58psi). So I don't understand why he would ask about the 42's. If there is any other information you need or I am not understanding, please let me know and I'll see what I can come up with. Mind you I haven't had much sleep this week so I could be reading this all wrong.

I cant speak for him, but Im curious as to why you use those flow rates at the 40 and 43PSI when we run 58.

Now... Im not trying to hijack this guys thread, but Im looking at table B4001 for a stock 2001 Camaro (Im using the demo version of Live) and it only has valuse from 3.3 - 3.6, why are the valuse you stated so much higher?

If the injectors are flowed at 43.5 psi he gave yo the numbers for what it would be at 58 psi for our cars if they were flowed at 40 psi he also gave the 58 psi equivalent for our cars. The numbers you are looking at are grams/sec he posted umbers in lbs/hour

That is what those injectors are actually rated at. Some say they are 30/42lb at 40psi, some say they are 43.5psi. So with that on our cars at 58psi, they act like a bigger injector due to the added psi.

I showed the values in lb/hr. You can change the settings in the tuner to reflect to reflect that. Edit - Configure display units and you will see a table like below. Go to the table and right click, change the values units according to the header that you wish changed. In this case it is DATA UNITS. Hope that helps.

I had some Ford 42's in my Hawk. The table starts at 4.95 (grams/sec) and goes up evenly to about 5.41. If you have Ford's the stock offset table is pretty close. If you have Lucas, then it will be very different.

Correct. That is what I use for all the SVO's. Just make sure that it is in the correct format (imperial/metric).
