My diagnostic port and cigartette lighter doesn't work anymore
I must have unplugged something that keeps my cigarette lighter and diagnostic port (OBD-II) working. The fuse on them is fine. Can anyone tell me where they connect? I found some wires tied together that aren't plugged into anything (the have a blue head), but I can't find where they plug in. Any help is appreciated.
I realize this sounds really incoherent, but my knowledge of electronics is extremely limited. I don't know the terms for everything. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Embarrassed]" src="gr_emb.gif" />

I stripped the car completely down one time (it was as bare as you can get) for the track, and I could have unplugged it by mistake then.
