Problem with innovative wb

Had the wb installed. The stand alone gauge works fine but I can't get the laptop to read the signal.

using it in log work or with a scanner? i had some issues with getting log works to read but i had to reconnect everything and then it would work, really weird.

I had LogWorks working on my old laptop, went to
use the new laptop yesterday and had to install the
software, did it and it's too retarded to find the meter
on the same port I use fine w/ HPTuners. I think the
LogWorks 2.0 just sucks, last time I went on the
Innovate web site there was a lot of bitching about
similar issues and no good solution (believe last time,
I installed an older version, on the old laptop). Might
go try and get the "legacy" versions of LogWorks and
whatever the "manager" program is called.
