A buddy of mine who is into tuning (mostly other cars, but has done LSx vehicles) suggested to me buying and reading this book: How to Tune and Modify Engine Management Systems, by Jeff Hartman.

Anybody read this, or have any other suggestions on books that would be good to read over for people just beginning to do their own tuning?

 

Yeah the first few chapters are good, then it goes into builds and what parts were used. Less use than the initial theory.

 

so not really worth the money then?
