Running rich and timing too low, cause?
Heres the nitty gritty.
I'm getting KR ( up to 6 degrees ) during light acceleration in a high gear. I'm betting this is from the vibration caused by the exhaust. The vibration is considerable, however, it isn't loud per sae. Luckily this isn't really an issue since this is only happening during normal driving conditions when performance isn't that important and the car shifts into higher gear before necessary for fuel mileage.

At WOT the KR is non existant until deceleration when the vibration again increases . However, my timing advance stays in the low to low-mid 20's . Nineball advised me that this should be about 28.6 degrees. So my timing is running really low. My o2's are way high in the mid 900 to high 900's at times, so I'm running rich at WOT. Could this be the cause of the low timing, or the affect of the low timing?

I've thrown 3 codes since the header swap.
P0410 Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction
This I believe is due to the fact the the factory manifold contains an air tube and the dynatech's do not. I ripped off the factory air fittings from the factory manifold and just left the hoses blowing air into the top of the engine compartment. The air pump for this has made a loud whining noise since about 20,000 miles and I know its just part of the emissions BS . I hadn't had time to delete this pump, nor will I until I can get the car tuned.
Any suggestions would be nice. Does my explanation for the KR sound reasonable? What do you think about the low timing and high o2 readings? Does this air pump make a lickity split of difference?
