yep, not any ready-made units out there I am aware of - AKM cables would be the only place I could think of, but you would probably have to bribe andrew with lots of money <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" /> as he is pretty busy with other stuff I believe.
You can definitely make your own and it isn't that difficult - the hardest part is probably getting the proper connectors for the pcm (alternatively you could just manually insert the pins each time).

FYI, the LS1 connector can be purchased as GM part number 12167308 - that contains the metal shell, white inserts, and a pair of the blue, black, red, and clear connectors. To cover both the blue and the red connectors, you have to buy 2 of these kits.
Edit: You may wonder why all the switches. One is for power, one is for ignition, and the two in the middle allow the user to toggle between 97-98 PCMs and 99-02 PCMs (which puts power / ground on different pins).
