turning mass air around throws code?

turning mass air around throws code? sorry for such a newb question, but my 01ss m6 is virtually stock, and last week i took out the screen on my mass air and at the advise of some friends running ls1's on the bottle, i turned my mass air around backward to richen things up in prep for the bottle, accroding to atap my b1s2 and b2s2 voltages hit.960 at a high. the bottle is yet to be run, but today after installing tr-6's i threw a ses for rich on bank 1 and bank 2 and a mass air low freq circuit or something, sorry but its like 2am am i was just pulling the codes off atap on my way home, when driving my car surges like a mother--any idea's, other than clearing the code and turning the mass air the right way? has anyone encountered this before? thanks in adavnce for any help.i can give the exact codes in the morning.

p0102, p0103, p1072, and p1075
fuel system trim level rich bank 1
fuel system trim level rich bank 2
mass air system circuit low frequency
mass air system circuit high frequency
some of these codes are listed in the atap listing several times if that makes a difference.
any insight, maybe in my laying all over the car doing the plus i broke the sensor? i'll have to do some further investiagting when the sun comes up. anyone have some of these codes before?
