Different versions of MAFTs effect what?

Different versions of MAFTs effect what? I just learned from a friend that MAFT come in different versions. Or they keep getting upgraded. He has v5.2 What's the difference? Is there a difference?

Re: Different versions of MAFTs effect what? 5.2 and up have a dipswitch that allows you to run a non ls1 calibrated Z06 or truck sensor.. if you have a SLP calibrated sensor or a Pace calibrated one you dont use the switch..
otherwise the version means NOTHING to you unless you have a turbo buick.
