p0154 code cause flashing SES?

p0154 code cause flashing SES? Went to take my Z28 out today and got a flashing SES light that came and went. Now normally my car has a SES light due to the cam and throws code p0300, today it started flashing and when I used autotap I have p0154 and p0300. So I'm wondering if the p0154 could cause the light to flash and even though it has been 2.5 months since I've driven the car it felt down on power.
My other fear is another broken valve spring <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" /> I don't have time this weekend to tear into it, so I'm just hoping to hear that the p0154 can cause a flashing and all I have to do is replace that sensor <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
There are a large number of misfires on clyinders 2 and 3, about 40-50 on all others and those 2 were 250 or so <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="gr_sad.gif" />
