bad sensior?

Default bad sensior?

could there or is it a sensoir or a setting in the computer that turns on your check gages light?? need to set it up for my gas.. when it comes on the car back fires and stalls due to out of gas... other i have talked to have a 20 min to 45 mile allowance.. any ideas? i looked in a book, but don't see anything.. maybe i need to buy a actual shop book? <img border="0" alt="[worship]" title="" src="graemlins/gr_hail.gif" />

Kinda both. A Diagnostic (if you want to call that a sensor or setting) that will trigger a DTC if the gauges don't work or aren't functioning properly. I believe it is a class "C" code. It's rare to get these, so I'm not familiar with them.
