Default What does it all mean? ATAP #s

I've been trying to resolve an issue I've had since installing mods (Vortex Ram air, Power duct, GMAF, X-pipe, Corsa exhaust). At low throttle and near steady speeds, my C5 "trailer's" or "lean surges" or bumps, whatever! I'm not sure what to call it.

I just purchased ATAP and I have recorded the issue and see the O2 sensors all over the place while maintaining a steady throttle. Any suggestions?

O2s always bounce in closed loop, the system
works off the average. The transfer function
is too abrupt and the loop too slow to make
it a tight linear control loop. Only in open
loop (WOT, or cold) will you see consistent
O2 voltages, and these will probably be
slammed one way or the other.

The LTFTs are all positive, you are lean
(prior to trim). The GMAF is the usual suspect.

Can you retry the stock MAF? Failing that, you
would want to adjust the mixture (MAFT or Edit).
