Default Corvette guys with big cams and 90 mm TB's come in!!

What all have you guys done to help the driveablity with a big cam, ETC and a bigger TB?

I'm autotuning the car so its running in SD and in open loop.

I tryed adjusting the effect area with no luck (someone suggested it put it back stock and it got better after I did)

The RAF is close, but I need to adjust it again with the spreadsheets..

Is there anything I could do with the cracker/follower tables? (cooler weather the car transitions to idle pretty well, in warmer weather it wants to die coming to a stop)

The car i'm doing is a Corvette with a 395ci stroker.. it has a Fast 90mm intake, TPIS 90mm TB and a 240/244ish duration cam..

also, what is your idle timing in gear? (M6 cars)

I have this one set at 28 now, and it bounces around alot (I need to adjust the over/under correction i'm assuming)

turn your stock timing down from 28 to 22, whenever I upped my idle base spark at idle, it would cause it to jump around as well.

i think the timing is good, i run mine at 28* in my mild cammed 346 and it is tons smoother than 22* was, but each car is different. i am actually trying to work on this right now, I know that Bink has talked with my about ETC scalar. If I figure anythign out I will let you know. IMO most issues come from the effective area being off, as a 90mm TB will throw it off a LOT. I am in the process of trying to figure out how to properly do it on a ETC car.
