Best place to have my Computer Programmed

I have been wanting to have my computer reprogrammed, and was wondering where the best place would be for me to take my car to, too have this done.

Also will reprogramming the computer make a big diffrence?

FLP (flp2win.com) and LS1Speed (ls1speed.com) both have LS1 Edit.

Yeah most likely I would want the car tuned w/the nitrous as well. That would be the best way to go right?
