Crazy tuning question
I was serious about the thanks, however. That was no B.S. As such as others have mentioned, your best bet is probably to check out the various tuning solutions that are available.
The big 2 right now are HP Tuners (www.hptuners.com) and EFI Live (www.efilive.com)
As for which is better... it boils down to ones opinion of the software they use, and opinions are like... well you know the rest heh Check out this forum, and each manufacturers forums/manuals etc... to see which you think you'd feel most comfortable with.
You'll find in the long run, while time consuming, you'll be much happier being able to tune yourself and make changes on your own schedule and not someone elses.
Also something to look into is a wideband O2 sensor , they are sub 200 US for ones such as the LC-1 (sold through dynotune.org and several other sponsors)

Had many probs with my car, so many things in a row, need to sort out reliability before the trip. Going to do a few long runs over the next few weeks, so that will put it to the test.
What year is your car?

, didn't know they done that size.
I know my scanning software will scan other cars, but to modify stuff I can only do 2000's, unless I get a different licence from HP Tuners, which i will look into.
And for the people that think they're aren't a lot of LS1's over seas. Think again. They are everywhere but still rare.
