Does this sound right?(Scanmaster numbers)
I was at the track tonight and was looking through my scanmaster readings.
At the top of 3rd towards the end of the track I had a steady 2.3-2.5 degrees of knock retard. Also my highest O2mv reading was 901. Isn't that a bit rich?
Let me know if that's ok to run with, thanks!

2.3-2.5 degrees of knock on our cars is WAY too much....
901mv on the O2s for narrowband is also too low.... (too lean)
narrowbands are innacurate... but several years ago when I tuned based on narrowbands.... I looked for .930+
but regardless.. real performance can not be based on narrowband sensors...
You need to get a wideband sensor... and you're experiencing WAY too much knock....
w/out a wideband... I wouldn't go WOT anymore if it were my car...

I know it's hard to tune on a regular O2...but I figured I'd throw that number out there.
So that's much knock is too much eh? ****. Oh well, time to have my tuning guy look at it again. Could it have just been a case of bad gas? I think he has either 31 or 32 degrees of timing at the top of 3rd but I can't remember.
Anything else to look for?
thanks for your response

With suspected lean conditions (get a WBO2, get a WBO2) and 31-32 degrees of timing - the knock should be expected.
Back the timing off and richen up the WOT and your car will be faster. And did anyone mention, get a WBO2?
